Transylvanian Dishes and Wines
10/22/2024A local gastronomy event featuring local producers, culinary chefs, and wine experts will take place at the Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad on October 25, starting at 10:00 AM.
Organized by the Faculty of Food Engineering, Tourism, and Environmental Protection through Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anca Dicu and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Claudia Mureșan, this first edition promises to be a flavorful and idea-rich gathering, aimed at positioning the western region of Romania among the most attractive gastronomic regions.
Location: Complex M, First Floor, Room 134.
"The event’s main attractions will focus on debates about regional and national identity and branding, gastronomic concepts, as well as product presentations and tastings. The invited experts, distinguished professionals in their fields, with rich experience and expertise, will provide insights, benchmarks, approaches, trends, and perspectives on regional and national gastronomy and oenology," said Anca Dicu.
