Professors from "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad have become members of the CNATDCU (National Council for Attesting Titles, Diplomas, and University Certificates).

The composition of one of the most important bodies for Romanian higher education has been published: the National Council for Attesting Titles, Diplomas, and University Certificates (CNATDCU), which will include, for the next four years, six professors from "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad. The specialized committees in which they have been nominated consist of experts in the respective scientific fields.

Prof. Univ. Dr. Cristinel Ioja, Dean of the Faculty of Theology, is part of the General Council of CNATDCU and also holds the position of President of the Theology Committee. Alongside him, as a member of the committee, is Conf. Univ. Dr. Caius Cuțaru, a faculty member at the Arad university.

Prof. Univ. Dr. Dana Copolovici, Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, is a member of the Biology and Biochemistry Committee, while Prof. Univ. Dr. Lucian Copolovici, Director of the Interdisciplinary Research Institute at "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad, is a member of the Environmental Engineering Committee.

In the field of engineering, the state university of Arad is represented by Prof. Univ. Dr. Valentina Bălaș, a member of the Computers, Information Technology, and Systems Engineering Committee, and Prof. Univ. Dr. Virgil-Florin Duma, a member of the Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Armament Engineering Committee.

“The selection of my colleagues in specialized committees, as well as in the General Council of CNATDCU, confirms the professional value and integrity of these faculty members. We are pleased with the representation of the Arad state university in this body, and I believe these appointments will contribute to increasing the prestige of UAV and the trust in the educational value of our study programs, guaranteed by the expertise of our entire academic staff,” said UAV Rector, Teodor Cilan.
