Ramona Lile "It was a celebration dedicated to 'Aurel Vlaicu' University of Arad graduates and students"

A special day that the entire academic community marked with a festive event: "AVU Students` Parade", organized in Arad`s Eminescu Park. For the first time, AVU`s youngest members - Ioan Mețianu Episcopal Primary School pupils - were also present.

They were joined by AVU`s management, Arad`s sub-prefect, Doru Sinaci, , Ionel Bulbuc, CJA vice-president, , Ilie Cheșa, Arad`s deputy mayor, His Excellency, Florin Trandafir Vasiloni, Consul General of Romania in Gyula, His Excellency, Roberto Sperandio, Italy`s honorary consul, prof. Aurel Dărău, vice-rector of Vasile Goldiș" Western University, representatives of the County Police Inspectorate, Arad County Gendarmerie Inspectorate, the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, Local Police, DGASPC Arad, and the Body of Authorized Accounting Experts (CECAR).

"A special evening for Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, an evening that will remain memorable for us, for the university's teaching staff, this year`s graduates and for all local residents who joined us in celebration. Aurel Vlaicu University is this city`s and these people`s university. I thank all those who were here today, with us", declared Ramona Lile, AVU Rector.
