Abstract

The complexity of the managerial process determines its approach in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Management and motivation strategies are implemented on an organizational level in one form or another, as a means of transformation in their ability to induce change on an individual level, by processing multiple formal and informal influences that occur and can be analyzed from a managerial perspective. It is necessary that each manager set his own criteria of self-assessment in order to take the necessary measures at the right time.
