Abstract

In a research organized at “Aurel Vlaicu†University of Arad within the “SocioPlus†project, it has been found that students have not properly developed transversal competences needed in order to adapt to the labour market: communicational, inter-relational skills, or skills of managing their own professional path etc. In this study we aim to present the importance of interactive pedagogy during teaching, and also some examples of methods/ exercises applied to courses that facilitate the development of those transversal competences.
