AVU involved in helping the elderly

The “Help Us Help Them“ campaign, started by students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Work and coordinated by Lect. Ph.D. Alina BREAZ, continues. Undergraduate future social workers, aid the elderly in covering their basic needs. Groceries, prescriptions or any other items required, students take daily orders and deliver them to your doorstep, so that those above 65 years of age do not have to leave their households. A simple phone call to 0741 079 008 and your shopping list will be taken care of.

“It is very important to protect our parents and grandparents. Our calling, of those who are involved in social care, is to help people in need during these dire times. We all go through a difficult period, yet I believe that social solidarity will help us successfully get over this pandemic” added Alina Breaz.
