AVU Students present legislative Initiative to Parliament Members from Arad

A team of students from the Public Administration Center within AVU`s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, led by Associate Professor PhD. Camelia Stoian, presented a legislative initiative to parliament members from Arad regarding the Transparency Register of lobbying activities.

The event was attended by Arad`s County Council President, Iustin Cionca. The local County Cultural Center funded the project that made the initiative possible.

AVU students proved that, despite the absence of a legislative framework regulating lobbying activities in Romania, the occupational family "Administrative Specialists" infers "lobbying specialist" under code 243220.
