Honorary Consul of Romania in Wales Visits UAV

Dr. Nistor Becia, the Honorary Consul of Romania in Wales, met last week with the Rector of Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teodor Cilan, during an official visit to the university. Discussions focused on collaboration opportunities and the initiation of agreements with educational partners in Wales.

As part of the visit, Dr. Nistor Becia also held a workshop with students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology, and Social Work, addressing the role of psychologists in today's society. In addition to his diplomatic role, Dr. Becia is also a principal psychologist at Swansea Bay University Health Board in the UK.

The event was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tiberiu Dughi, a faculty member of the department.
