The Challenge of the Industrial Revolution at UAV

Challenges, abundant energy, creativity, and enthusiasm were the ingredients that transformed the project "Higher Technical Education in the Face of the Challenges of the New Industrial Revolution" into an interactive event aimed at university and high school students alike. Amongst the 70 participants were students from the Babes Bolyai University Center in Resita, attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Informatics, UBB, Gillich Rainer Gilbert.

During the event`s two days, May 25th and 26th, the young participants were engaged in activities that stimulated their creativity and allowed them to discover the joys and benefits of teamwork. An essential role in organizing the event was played by Ascendis, the largest Romanian company specialized in workshops and team-building events, along with project coordinators Manescu Tiberiu and Bocii Liviu Sevastian.

The event`s special guests were Prof. Nicanor Ursua Lezaun from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea Bilbao, Spain, and Prof. Renato Rizzo from Universita degli Studi di Napoli, Federico II, Italy.

The project was carried out with the Ministry of Education`s support as well as the following partners: LEONI Wiring Systems Arad, VAT Arad, Robac Lipova, Oechsler Lipova, DRW Arad, and Aptiv Arad.
