Ramona Lile: "AVU supports the Republic of Moldova in its EU integration process"
9/1/2023"Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad`s Rector, Ramona Lile, attended the Boosting the Absorption of European Funds by the Republic of Moldova - an EU candidate country, alongside Romania conference - organized in Chișinău by IDEP in partnership with ADI EuroNest.
The conference, aimed to support the efforts of Moldovan authorities on their path towards European Union integration, brought together diplomats, public institution managers, representatives of the academic environment, and healthcare system managers. They discussed opportunities and challenges related to Romania-Moldova cross-border cooperation and best practices in attracting European funds.
Attending academic environment representatives included: "Ștefan cel Mare" University of Suceava, represented by its rector, Valentin Popa; "Valahia" University of Târgoviște, represented by vice-rector Mircea Constantin Duică; and the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Nicolae Testemiţanu", represented by rector Emil Ceban.
