UAV Students at a Training Course in Greece
6/11/2024The Erasmus+ Strategic Project HED DLIS Digital Learning Social Intervention provided master’s students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology, and Social Work at "Aurel Vlaicu" University of Arad with the opportunity to receive training in the field of social assistance services.
Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Mihaela Gavrilă-Ardelean, master's students in the social work program participated in an international training course on digital skills, held in May in Athens.
The course aimed to train participants in combating social inequality and improving digital literacy, contributing to the digitization of the social work sector.
The project, in which Romania, through UAV, is a member, brings together 5 international partners: ESAS HELMO from Liège, Belgium; ESS CRAMIF in Paris, France; ACSEA in Luxembourg; KEPSIPI in Athens, Greece; and IRTS Hauts-de-France in Lille, France.
"This project is very important for our students, both for the opportunity to receive international training in professional skills related to new technologies, and for the chance to practice transversal competencies and build a common culture within the European space we are part of," said Prof. Dr. Mihaela Gavrilă.
