UAV Offers Two Postgraduate Programs for Educators

The Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad (UAV), through its Department for Teacher Training, is offering educators the opportunity for professional development with two postgraduate programs in Educational Management and Special Psychopedagogy & Inclusive Education.

Approved by the Ministry of Education, each program consists of 600 hours and grants 60 transferable credits, providing key competencies in school management and special education.

• School Organization Management
• Organizational and Managerial Psychology
• Human Resource Management in Schools
• Educational Process and Resource Evaluation
• Change and Innovation Management in Education

✅ Special Psychopedagogy & Inclusive Education – Courses include:

• Special Education and Applied Didactics
• Managing Educational Crisis Situations
• Comprehensive Assessment Methods for Children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Psychopedagogical Counseling and School Guidance for SEN Students
