Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad was a partner of the "Public Safety and the Need for High Social Capital," international conference (5th edition), held from November 10th to 11th, 2023, in Arad.

The conference opening, organized by the SARA Law Research Center in collaboration with the Arad County Cultural Center, hosted MEP Gheorghe Falcă, Arad County Council President Iustin Cionca, Aurel Vlaicu University`s Vice-Rector, Prof. PhD. Eng. Alexandru Popa, SARA Law Research Center President, General (Ret.) PhD. Eng. Nicolaie Iancu, and Project Director, Prof. PhD. Habil. Elena-Ana Iancu from Aurel Vlaicu University`s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.
