The Universal Day of the Romanian Blouse – celebrated by AVU

A colorful event that cultivates children's love for our traditional clothing, full of joy and stories, was hosted by AVU`s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FSUS).

The protagonists of the workshop were the children from the First Steps and Amazing Kids Club alongside with AVU students from the PIPP and Romanian-English programmes.

They painted traditional costumes from all regions of the country, made bookmarks, dolls, and received a traditional wooden shirt as a gift to remind them of the Universal Day of the Romanian Blouse.

The highlight of the day was finger painting on a traditional shirt.
