EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: PARTICULARITY IN THE BECOME OF THE ETHICAL MAN

Abstract
The person whose emotional intelligence is well developed will be able to create an environment of trust and honesty, in which reason and competitiveness dominate, who can realize and control their own emotions. Therefore, emotional intelligence and its related components represent concrete ways to optimize the quality of the educational act, emphasizing at the same time its emotional dimension. At the same time, the teacher, in order to become an ethical person, must be able to develop his emotional intelligence to an emotional culture. In this article, the ethical man is analyzed from a historical perspective and in correlation with emotional intelligence. In this context, reference is made to the teaching staff.
