Study of the teachers’ and students’ options and perceptions of the role of school in the graduates’ intellectual and social formation

The purpose of the present article is to present
the results of a comparative study of the teachers’ and
students’ (important actors of education) perceptions of the
role of school in forming the graduates, on the two major
plans of human becoming: the intellectual plan and the
social plan. Our study was performed on a sample of
teachers and students from three military high schools and
two civil high school colleges.
