A SURVEY OF PSYCHO – EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION STRATEGIES AND STYLES IN EDUCATIONAL CRISIS SITUATIONS
Abstract
An investigation offers the opportunity to gather current data, revealing views of teachers, their needs, interests, motivations and aspirations in relation to the optimal management of educational crisis situations. Educators who consider that intervention strategies and styles effectiveness in educational crisis situations is determined by focus on the intervention outcome, show idealized influence at an organizational level, promote intellectual stimulation frequently using situational rewards and monitoring deviations.References
