Abstract

In today's context, marked by instability and uncertainty,
children's ability to develop resilience is essential for their
success and emotional balance. This article explores the
role of communication between teachers and parents in
shaping this fundamental skill. Drawing on contemporary
psycho-pedagogical theories and recent research, the
paper demonstrates that authentic and empathetic
collaboration between the significant adults in a child's life
is key to developing healthy adaptation and learning
strategies.
