E-LEARNING TOOLS FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING, - II part –

Abstract

In this second part of the paper is description of some Asynchronous
tools of Virtual Learning Environment Tools used in education, knowing that in the
previous part was presented some Synchronous tools.Since the tools provided by VLEs
are very diverse, teachers must get to know them well in order to be able to use them
efficiently in the process of teaching, learning and evaluation. When a teacher chooses
to use e-learning tools, s/he should have in mind both the type of the course in which
they can be applied and the students’ needs and abilities.
